A day in the life of…
As a Beauty Therapist, you’ll be the person who transforms a guest’s day from good to exceptional. Your role centres around creating a calming, welcoming, and professional environment where guests can truly unwind.
Each day begins with preparing your treatment room to the highest standard, setting the tone for a seamless, relaxing experience. You’ll carry out a range of professional massages and treatments, ensuring every guest receives top-level care from consultation through to completion. Throughout the day, you’ll warmly greet guests, guide them through their visit, complete consultation forms, and maintain a spotless work environment.
In this role, no two days are ever the same. You’ll be a key part of delivering a first-class spa experience and will play a vital role in the overall guest stay.
What do we need from you?
* NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (Massage Route) - Essential
* Elemis Training – Preferred (but not essential)
* Customer Service Skills: You need to have excellent customer service to interact with guests frequently and provide assistance, guidance, and ensure that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
* Attention to Detail: You’ll need to be detail-oriented and capable of ensuring that the leisure club facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times. Whilst able to identify and address any issues that arise promptly.
* Communication Skills: You’ll need excellent communication skills, to interact with guests, colleagues, and management on a regular basis and clearly to ensure that guests' needs and requests are met promptly and efficiently. You’ll be able to work well in a team and collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
