Are you passionate about producing high‑quality food and creating memorable dining experiences? We're looking for a committed and creative Chef to join our busy kitchen team. Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll help deliver excellent meals, maintain high standards of food safety, and contribute to a warm, supportive working environment. ⭐ About the Role Reporting to the Head Chef, you will: Prepare, cook, and present high‑quality food within budget. Produce meals that meet customer dietary requirements and menu standards. Ensure consistent food quality across all stages of production. Maintain rigorous hygiene, food safety, and quality control standards. Participate in HACCP procedures and follow Food Safety Management processes, including cleaning rotas and closing procedures. Support stock ordering and rotation when required. Help uphold a positive, collaborative kitchen environment. You'll work 37.5 hours per week, across 5 shifts over 7 days, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as part of a rota. While you do not need to hold a Christian faith, an understanding of and willingness to support the organisation's Christian ethos is essential. ⭐ What We're Looking For Experience as a Chef or in a similar kitchen role (1 year preferred). Ability to work flexibly as part of a rota. Commitment to high standards of food production and hygiene. A positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to uphold organisational values.
