Job Type: Full-Time | Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift | No Nights or Weekends
Salary: $43,000 – $50,000 per year
Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 for Certified Infant Teachers

Your Role as a Teacher
As a Teacher at The Goddard School, you will:
* Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
* Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans
* Foster children's cognitive, social-emotional, and physical development
* Build strong relationships with children and their families
* Communicate regularly and professionally with parents and team members
* Collaborate with faculty to maintain a well-run, cohesive program
* Uphold health and safety standards and respond promptly to emergencies
* Approach each day with a positive attitude and team spirit
Qualifications
* EEC Teacher Certification (required for sign-on bonus)
* If not yet certified, training and assistance toward certification will be provided
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in Early Childhood Education (required)
* High school diploma or equivalent (required); further education preferred
* Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to meet state and national licensing requirements
