With our Sheffield office as a central hub, we're expanding our marketing team and looking for a skilled professional to lead campaigns that make an impact.
The Role
We're seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our digital strategy and oversee delivery across paid, owned, and earned channels. This role blends creativity with analytical thinking, making it ideal for someone who can balance campaign planning with hands-on execution.
You'll be responsible for managing a small team and external partners, while ensuring campaigns deliver against agreed KPIs and contribute to long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, paid social, and email.
* Oversee campaign delivery, from planning through to optimisation and reporting.
* Manage the content calendar, ensuring all web, email, and social channels are engaging and on-brand.
* Work with designers, copywriters, and external agencies to deliver creative assets.
* Track and analyse performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools, translating insights into action.
* Manage budgets, forecast performance, and report results to senior stakeholders.
* Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
What You'll Bring
* At least 4–5 years' experience in digital marketing, with strong hands-on campaign management.
* Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and GA4.
* Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimisation.
* Proven track record of delivering campaigns that meet or exceed ROI targets.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or internal teams.
* Based within commutable distance to Sheffield, with flexibility for hybrid working.
Salary & Benefits
* £43,000 – £48,000 DOE + annual bonus
* Hybrid working (3 days Sheffield office, 2 days remote)
