This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Payroll and Finance Officer to join a growing team at the South Oxford office of this growing and innovative organisation. This is a hybrid role requiring you to be in the office 2 days per week.

Payroll and Finance Officer

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Payroll and Finance Officer to join a growing team at the South Oxford office of this growing and innovative organisation. This is a hybrid role requiring you to be in the office 2 days per week.

Payroll and Finance Officer Responsibilities

As the Payroll and Finance Officer, some of your duties will include:

* Managing end to end payroll
* Dealing with payroll queries
* Processing invoices and expenses
* Posting journals and preparing prepayments and accruals
* Maintain accurate AP records and assisting with month-end and year-end activities

Our client is a global company within the nuclear industry.

Payroll and Finance Officer Experience

The successful candidate will have experience of managing payroll and working within a finance team, and you must have an interest with keeping up to date with payroll legislation.

You will be collaborative, highly organised, analytical and adaptable to change. The ideal candidate will have a positive and proactive attitude, you will enjoy improving processes and getting involved in ad hoc projects.

Location

Based in South Oxford with onsite parking available. This is a hybrid-working role, and you will be required to work in the office 2 days per week.

This role is full-time and permanent.
