Are you passionate about supporting children and making a real difference in their education? Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the CF15 area.
No School Experience? No Problem!
If you’ve worked with children through care, sports coaching, youth groups, or personal experience, we would still love to hear from you. Full support and guidance will be provided.

The Role
Provide 1:1 support to a pupil throughout the school day
✨ Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
Build a positive working relationship to encourage confidence and progress
Deliver clear, supportive feedback to pupils
️ Promote a child-centred approach to learning
⏳ Support pupils with Additional Learning Needs, including Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Down Syndrome, and other needs
Assist with behaviour management in a calm and patient manner

Feel comfortable working in a primary school setting

What Teaching Personnel Offers:
Competitive weekly pay – £13.75 per hour (PAYE)
