Description
Full time role, 37 hours a week, during term time.
* Assist with preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate records.
* Process invoices, payments, and expense claims in a timely manner.
* Support the reconciliation of bank statements and financial accounts.
* Help monitor budgets and track expenditure across projects.
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
* Maintain organised and up-to-date financial documentation.
* Assist with audit preparation and respond to financial queries.
* Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
* A basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
* Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
* Strong transactional Finance skills set.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
