Struan Lodge Care Home is a welcoming, purpose-built home located in a peaceful cul-de-sac near Edinburgh Zoo. With space for just 30 residents across two cosy floors, we foster a truly family-like atmosphere where everyone feels valued and cared for. Our dedicated team provides exceptional Nursing, Dementia, and Palliative Care in a calm and supportive setting, enabling each resident to enjoy a fulfilling lifestyle tailored to their individual needs.
Opportunity
We are seeking a compassionate and confident Clinical Lead to join our leadership team. If you're passionate about person-centred care and ready to support the Home Manager in delivering exceptional service, this could be the opportunity for you.
What We Offer
* £23.92 per hour | 42 hours per week | Paid breaks

Responsibilities
1. Leadership and Support: Assist the Home Manager in daily operations, providing leadership and support to the care team.
2. Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high standards of care.
3. Team Management: Inspire and manage the care team, ensuring support, motivation, and person-centred care delivery.
4. Staff Development: Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to promote skill development and career growth.
5. Resident-Centred Care: Deliver and oversee personalized care addressing physical, emotional, and social needs.
Requirements
* Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
* Experience in caring for older people, preferably in a residential or nursing home setting
* Proven leadership skills and team management experience
* Passion for delivering high-quality, resident-led care
