Teaching Assistant - SEN (Primary)

Do you have a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to thrive in their learning and development? We are seeking a caring, dedicated, and resilient Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Wembley.
The Role:
Supporting primary-aged children with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, speech & language difficulties, and social/emotional needs.
Working 1:1 and in small groups to encourage engagement and progress.
Assisting the class teacher with planning and delivering tailored learning activities.
Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
Supporting children with social skills, emotional regulation, and personal development.
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience working with children, ideally within SEN or primary settings.
Patient, empathetic, and able to build strong, positive relationships.
Resilient, proactive, and able to adapt to the needs of different learners.
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
Relevant qualifications (, CACHE Level 2/3, SEN training) are desirable but not essential.
