You will play a key role in supporting new product quotations, cost comparisons and value engineering initiatives within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with cost calculations and analysis Support preparation of cost breakdowns for new product quotations Analyse material, labour, tooling and overhead costs Maintain and update costing spreadsheets, databases and internal systems Compare estimated versus actual production costs and highlight variances Support value engineering and cost optimisation initiatives Provide target costing data to Product Development teams Liaise with Procurement to obtain supplier pricing and cost data Assist in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders Contribute to continuous improvement activities focused on cost control and efficiency What Were Looking For Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business (preferred) Understanding of costing, finance or data analysis principles Interest in manufacturing environments and product costing (e.g. BOMs, inventory) Strong Excel skills and ability to work with data sets Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present insights Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally All applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
