Your tasks Supervising the operation of automated e-coating line Control of process parameters by the means of visual, instrumental and analytical methods (titration, pH, conductivity measurements Quality check of finished product (free of defects/ correct thickness and adhesion) Maintenance of the line during production and outside of production hours (calibrations, replacing filters, cleaning the tanks, general 5s) Replenishment of process chemicals (manual or technical dosing) Working to health, safety and environmental standards (PPE/ waste disposal) Wastewater treatment and water purification Logging of process parameters, use of chemicals/ consumables, stock levels Support activities during planned shutdown Following of escalation process Your Profile 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/4 or above including Maths and English Minimum of 2 years work experience in manufacturing as process technician Ability to understand complex processes involving various equipment (pumps, sensors, HMI etc.) Basic knowledge of electrophoretic painting process Experience in working with chemicals (industrial) Experience in quality control We offer you a modern working environment with our Brose working world Are you ready to take the next step in your career, and take on new tasks?
