This role suits someone with a strong lettings background who enjoys winning business and leading a team. Experienced Lettings Manager to lead residential lettings in Camberley, winning instructions, managing landlords and applicants, achieving targets, and delivering compliant, high-quality service within a supportive, forward-thinking agency with strong leadership. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Managing the day-to-day running of the lettings department Winning new instructions from landlords Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and applicants Leading, motivating, and developing the lettings team Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation Achieving agreed targets and business objectives What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience as a Lettings Manager or Assistant Lettings Manager Proven track record in residential lettings and instruction winning ARLA qualification preferred or willingness to work towards it Strong leadership and people management skills Ability to generate new business Full UK driving licence Local knowledge of Camberley and surrounding areas preferred What's In It For You?
