1st / 2nd Line IT Support Engineer – Horsham - £30,000 An established and forward-thinking IT services provider based in Horsham is looking for a talented 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their growing technical team. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s passionate about technology, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer support. The Role: You’ll be providing hands-on technical support to a wide range of clients, resolving IT issues quickly and professionally while ensuring a great customer experience. The position covers both 1st and 2nd line responsibilities, offering plenty of scope to learn and progress.
