Role Overview - What is it?
The role is to manage the end of tenancy process from when notice is served to finalising deposit negotiations.
Main Duties - What needs to be done?
Reporting to the Head of Delivery, the role requires you to manage the end of tenancy process, liaising with other departments within the company as well as landlords or letting agents. It requires effective communication and stake holder management. The purpose of the role will be to reduce an allocation of the longest standing cases that The Housing Network are managing and bring them to a conclusion, ensuring that the maximum amount of deposit is returned.
Key Functions and Duties:
* Significantly reduce the number of static go backs currently being held by the company
* Co-ordinate the hand back maintenance of a property
* Instruct 3rd party contractors to conduct agreed go back works
* Negotiate the return of rental deposits or final settlement in a timely manner

* Extensive and current knowledge of operations within a letting agency, with specific successful experience in the hand back process and deposit disputes
