ISQ Recruitment is supporting a Norfolk-based company in their search for a Project Manager to join their growing delivery team. You’ll be working closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
About the Role
You’ll take responsibility for managing a range of bespoke, often one-off projects with varying levels of complexity. This role involves coordinating technical drawings, timelines, materials, and stakeholder input to ensure smooth delivery.
This is an office-based role with regular travel between two local sites and the occasional need to visit clients or suppliers. You’ll be supported by a wider project and technical team and encouraged to suggest improvements to systems, communication, and process.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple projects from order to completion
* Oversee planning, coordination, and budget tracking
* Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers/contractors
* Ensure documentation, schedules, and communication are up to date
* Handle technical queries and resolve project issues as they arise
* Represent the business professionally in client and supplier interactions
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* Experience managing bespoke or design-led projects in a technical environment
* Strong organisational and planning skills
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings
* Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset
* Confident working across departments to ensure delivery
* Good knowledge of MS Office
Desirable:
* Familiarity with CAD or technical design software
* Background in interiors, manufacturing, or low-volume production
* Experience in commercial project delivery with private clients
