We are looking to appoint a Premises Officer who will assist in the safe running of Hardwick House School and be responsible for the management and maintenance of our school buildings, grounds and furnishings of the school.
The role includes:
● Acting as a key holder, ensuring the security of the premises and coordinating with the Headteacher and Finance Manager.
● Closing the school site each evening.
● Carrying out general maintenance tasks across the site, including repairs, and upkeep.
● Assisting in meeting health and safety requirements, including regular checks for fire safety, Legionella, COSHH, and other statutory requirements.
● Ensuring the school remains clean, safe, and secure for pupils, staff, and visitors.
● Collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure the smooth running of the school’s premises.
● Undertake other extraneous duties as required.
