Production Assistant (Maternity Cover)
Patient Catering Dr Grays Hospital
We are looking for a hardworking, reliable person to join our Catering team in the Central Production Unit in Dr.Grays Hospital to cover maternity leave. You will need to be able to prioritise daily kitchen duties in a busy environment.
This person will be key to the efficient service of meals to patients ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and food safety are maintained.
You will need to be flexible, committed and have a positive attitude to your work.
Ideally you will have some catering experience and a good knowledge of food hygiene and environmental health standards.
Working shifts as highlighted below, post holder will need to be flexible to cover other shifts as and when required.
Hours: 34.60 hrs per week, 5 days per week Rota
Monday - Thursday 0700-1430
Friday - 0700-1406
Sat Day Off
Sun Day Off
