HR Business Partner
Are you a commercially savvy HR Business Partner who loves coaching leaders, driving people strategy, and making a visible impact?
You'd be joining a growing, multi-site SME business, looking for a confident, capable HRBP to work autonomously with remote-based colleagues.

* Be the go-to partner for a key business area, aligning people strategy with commercial goals
* Coach and enable line managers to lead brilliantly
* Lead projects that boost performance, culture, and engagement
* Collaborate across L&D, Talent, and Operations to build capability and plan for future growth
* Use insight and data to shape strategy and spot opportunities for improvement

* Strong generalist grounding with the confidence to advise on ER and ambiguity
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the credibility to influence at all levels
* Preferably CIPD qualified
