Location: Exeter, Devon : near Exeter Airport
Reporting to: Customer Service Manager
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm
Salary: GBP 25,000 per annum
Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment agency, is currently recruiting to join our client's Customer Service team in Exeter on a permanent basis.
The Role
1. Answering queries and questions regarding orders and general enquiries
2. Accurately placing orders onto the database
3. Issuing customers with invoices and order acknowledgements
4. Calculating customer discounts and carriage costs related to orders
5. Resolving complaints professionally and accurately
6. Ensuring all customer records are updated and accurate within the CRM system and raising tickets when necessary
7. Supporting the field-based Sales Team
About You
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
3. Excellent time management skills
4. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a larger team
5. Accurate eye for detail
6. Previous experience in handling customer inquiries over the telephone (beneficial)
7. Experience working with CRM systems (beneficial)
