Role Overview
We are seeking a Chartered RICS qualified Property Surveyor with post-qualification experience to join us as a Senior Portfolio Surveyor. This role involves managing a portfolio of estates, including acquisitions, disposals, licences, leases, wayleaves, and rates, aiming to optimize rental income and commercial use of assets.
You will provide leadership, develop talent, support training, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will also manage tenant relations at Wrest Park and handle tenancy inquiries.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience leading a team
* Chartered RICS qualification
* Experience managing estate surveying issues, including landlord and tenant management or planning and development management
* Commercial awareness and budget management skills
* Experience with casework, briefing, report writing, and sourcing information
