The Opportunity
Salary: £33,945 to £36,648 per annum
Working Pattern: Full time, 37 hours per week with flexible working.
Location: Your office base will be Chichester and a typical week will combine homeworking with attendance at the office. This is led by the needs of the service.

As a Performance & Insight Analyst you will be at the forefront of driving positive change. This role sits within the Data Excellence Team which provide specialist reporting, analysis and data visualisation support to all areas of West Sussex County Council (WSCC).

This job revolves around transforming data into valuable insights that drive decision-making at the top levels of the organisation.
Your role is to provide actionable insight and intelligence to our Directors, Elected Members, and West Sussex residents. Data and evidence must be valued and used to improve service delivery. It is important to plan, deliver, track, and act upon every report and dashboard. You will convert the organisation's vast amount of data into meaningful information, insights, performance management systems, and visualizations.
