SALARIED GP (5 sessions per week)

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, good-humoured GP to join our efficient, friendly and forward-thinking GP surgery. We are proud to be a training practice for GP Registrars, Medical students and other staff so an interest and enthusiasm for mentoring, training and teaching is desirable.
Coldstream Health Centre is a dynamic practice with an optimistic team. We endeavour to embrace new ways of working whilst keeping the traditional ways of general practice alive. We enjoy good, collaborative relationships with other practices in the area, as well as allied health organisations.

The practice
* List size approximately 4,000 patients
* Well respected GP training practice
* Well-organised practice with good staff retention across all levels
* Emis PCS clinical system and workflow optimisation team, leading to low volume Docman.
* Eastern Borders, commutable from Edinburgh, Northumberland and the wider Scottish Borders.
Your role
* 5 sessions per week (All day Monday, Tuesday and either ½ day Thursday or alternating all day Thursday)
* Routine surgeries - 15 minute appointments (8 appointments per surgery)
* Duty Doctor on a rotational basis
* 6 weeks annual leave 1 week study leave pro rata
* Opportunity to be involved in training/supervision
