A leading tier one main contractor is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Bromley team, delivering a variety of small refurbishment contracts across social housing properties and public buildings. The work will include a mix of planned and responsive refurbishment projects, offering variety and hands‑on involvement.

Key Responsibilities
* Commercial management of small refurbishment contracts
* Cost planning, forecasting, and reporting
* Procurement and management of subcontractors
* Preparation of valuations, variations, and final accounts
* Liaising with site teams, clients, and supply chain partners
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to contractual standards
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a main contractor environment
* Experience in small refurbishment projects, social housing, or public buildings desirable
* Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
* Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
* Self‑motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
