Job Description

Hybrid working – our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week. However, the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment, including up to 5 days per week on a client site.

* Flexible working – we are guided by our client work and needs; however, you have autonomy to manage your time and diary to suit your work/life balance.
* This is a hybrid role with at least 4 days a week in the office.
* The role will be anchored by a dedicated team hub, likely based in West London, and may require occasional travel to other sites, with potential for further national travel.
* The role is for 40 hours a week worked within 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

We are seeking a talented and solutions‑focused Complex Case Manager to join our Argenti care technology team supporting our partnership with Northwest London Council. This permanent, full‑time role is ideal for someone passionate about using technology to improve lives, thrives on creative problem‑solving, and excels at working collaboratively within the Argenti Partnership and with colleagues across adult and children’s social care.

Sitting at the heart of our personalised Care Technology offer, this role involves supporting the development and delivery of bespoke Care Technology solutions for vulnerable individuals with more complex or unique needs. Working closely with Argenti partners and social care practitioners, you will support processing complex Care Technology referrals by exploring innovative, tailored options to help meet the desired outcomes and challenges of the people we support.

You will need to be highly skilled at engaging with social care professionals, hosting regular conversations to fully draw out key needs, risks, and aspirations, and working together to co‑design the most effective technology‑enabled solutions. You’ll have access to our full portfolio of Argenti Care Technology products, and your specialist knowledge will be essential in matching the right technology (or combination of technologies) to the needs of individuals facing the most complex situations. The ability to think flexibly and creatively is crucial, as is an openness to sourcing or proposing new solutions for testing and piloting where existing options don’t meet requirements.

Responsibilities

* Work in partnership with social care professionals: collaborate closely with frontline colleagues, drawing out key needs and challenges, and co‑designing bespoke, person‑centred solutions for complex cases.
* Advise and support: guide social care practitioners in identifying and specifying needs for complex Care Technology referrals, ensuring each recommendation is both evidence‑based and innovative.
* Support specialist Care Technology installations: complete installations of specialist Care Technology equipment for complex cases, including in supported living schemes, for virtual support, and with children and families.
* Champion service user outcomes: ensure every solution is truly person‑centred, aspirational, and enhances independence, wellbeing, and safety.
* Document and share learnings: capture and communicate insights from complex cases, contributing to best practice across the Argenti partnership and with council partners.
* Contribute to Argenti‑wide innovation and evaluation: play an active role in the ongoing innovation and evaluation process, working with the Argenti Innovation Specialist to influence the future of care technology.

Qualifications

* Experience supporting vulnerable people within a health or social care setting.
* Experience working with care technology or related technology solutions.
* Strong motivation to improve the lives of vulnerable people through innovative approaches.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to independently engage stakeholders and produce reports or materials.
* Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies.
* Collaborative team player with strong partnership‑working skills.
* Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail.
* Enjoys problem‑solving and finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
* Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working across varied scenarios.
* Good analytical skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Desirable (but Not Essential)

* Experience working with a council in an adult social care context.
* Hands‑on experience installing or using care technology.
* Experience working with a monitoring organisation.

Benefits

* Health and lifestyle perks accompanying private healthcare for you and your family.
* 25 days annual leave (plus a bonus half day on Christmas Eve) with the opportunity to buy 5 additional days.
* Generous company pension scheme.
* Opportunity to get involved with community and charity‑based initiatives.
* Annual performance‑based bonus.
* PA share ownership.
* Tax‑efficient benefits (cycle to work, give as you earn).

We recruit, retain, reward and develop our people based solely on their abilities and contributions and without reference to their age, background, disability, genetic information, parental or family status, religion or belief, race, ethnicity, nationality, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity (or expression), political belief, veteran status, or any other range of human difference brought about by identity and experience.
