This is a site-based role, though candidates must be within commutable distance of Bridgwater or open to relocating, with support available for the right individual.
As a Junior HVAC Engineer, you will support the delivery of HVAC systems across a major nuclear construction programme, gaining hands‑on experience in a complex, highly regulated environment.
You will play a key role in resolving on‑site technical challenges and ensuring installation activities progress safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Support HVAC installation works in line with engineering drawings and specifications
* Assist in responding to technical queries raised by construction teams
* Review field change requests and non‑conformance reports for clarity and accuracy
* Liaise with design and engineering teams to resolve site issues
* Help track engineering issues and contribute to performance reporting
* Identify and escape installation or documentation non‑conformances
* Maintain clear communication between site teams and engineering stakeholders
* Support consistent application of approved engineering solutions on site
