A leading live events and AV production company is looking for an Account Manager to manage key venue relationships and deliver high-quality event solutions across London.
* Act as the primary point of contact for approved venues and their clients
* Manage event enquiries, briefs, and proposals from concept to delivery
* Build strong relationships with venues, agencies, caterers, and event partners
* Create creative, commercially viable quotes aligned with client needs and budgets
* Collaborate with internal production, creative, and technical teams
* Identify cross-selling opportunities and drive revenue growth
* Ensure smooth delivery by coordinating technical, logistical, and operational requirements
Skills
* Experience in event production, AV, or venue-based account management
* Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
* Commercial awareness with experience in quoting, budgeting, and hitting targets
* Highly organised with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Good understanding of live event production (lighting, sound, video)
