Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end procurement process for mechanical and electrical materials and services.
* Evaluate suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to understand procurement needs and specifications.
* Maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
* Monitor market trends to identify cost‑saving opportunities and new suppliers.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Senior Buyer or Procurement Specialist in the mechanical and electrical (M&E) sector.
* Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Good understanding of mechanical and electrical products and specifications.
* Ability to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously.
* Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Relevant qualifications in procurement, supply chain management, or related fields are preferred.
