Main Responsibilities To ensure the accurate supply of all stock throughout the stadium catering unit. To ensure that all items received have the relevant due diligence documents correctly To ensure that back of house areas are clean and well maintained, with equipment and stock stored safely and securely. To complete accurate monthly stocktaking, ensuring there is always a sufficient supply of food, drink and disposable stock on site, in line with demand. To ensure all team members, including casual staff utilised for support during shifts are adequately trained and have up to date and comprehensive knowledge relating to matchday and non-matchday setup and logistics requirements and standards. To ensure all stock is rotated correctly in the best possible way The Ideal Candidate Essential: Experience of supervising in a large operation with high volume meetings and events business. Excellent communication and leadership skills essential, providing the ability giving the ability to recruit, train, manage and motivate the workforce. Experience of managing EPOS and cashless payment systems both front and back of house desirable. Ability to maintain professional relationships with diverse range of suppliers, team members and guests essential. Knowledge and understanding of the wider market trends and the ability to work closely with colleagues in order to fulfil client needs.
