Maintenance Team Leader Up to £49,877 Whitby Monday-Friday 8am-4pm My Client who is a leading manufacturer within their field is seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to join their team. The purpose of this role is to ensure that the site maintenance and engineering team is managed to obtain maximum efficiency and provide best quality of coverage for the business. Benefits: Up to 11% Employer pension contributions Death in Service Life Assurance = 6 x salary if a member of company pension scheme Westfield Health Maintenance Leader Requirements: Experienced Maintenance Leader/ Maintenance Team Leader/ Maintenance Supervisor Time served or equivalent engineer with either a mechanical or electrical bias Proven experience working in a supervisory, off-the-tools capacity-responsible for ordering tools and equipment, managing stock levels, coordinating suppliers, and ensuring all materials required for maintenance tasks are available.
