Summary
The Senior Web Operations Manager at AQA is recognized as the web 'product' owner, playing a crucial role in driving improvements and managing stakeholder relationships across Marketing Leadership Team (MLT), Customer and Product (C&P), and AQA. This role oversees all web operations, aligns projects with business goals, and manages workflows. It shapes the strategic direction of AQA's web presence to meet organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Reporting and Team
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Brand, this senior role is part of the MLT and leads the Web Operations Team. The Web product owner oversees web operations and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The team ensures web projects are effectively managed and aligned with AQA's broader goals.
The Web Operations Team collaborates with the Marketing Propositions & Delivery team, Marketing Operations Team, and the Customer Training & Events Team.
Activities
* Web Product Ownership and Improvement: Accountable for AQA's website and operations, driving continuous enhancements.
* Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships within MLT, C&P, AQA, and third-party vendors, aligning web operations with stakeholder needs.
* Operational Oversight: Oversee web operations for smooth functioning and alignment with business goals, implementing efficient workflows.
* Team Leadership: Lead and develop the web operations team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
Requirements
* Significant experience in web operations management and digital strategy, including SEO.
* Leadership skills with a proven record of managing high-performing teams.
