Your new role
The People Assistant will provide essential administrative support to the HR function, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, updating policies and procedures, handling HR queries, and supporting meetings related to maternity, paternity, adoption, and return-to-work processes. The role requires full-time office attendance during the 6-month probation period, with the potential for hybrid working thereafter. Occasional overnight travel to other UK offices will be required.
What you'll need to succeed
1. A minimum of 12 months’ experience in a generalist HR or People-focused role
2. Strong administrative and organisational skills
3. High attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information
4. A proactive and trustworthy approach to work
5. Excellentmunication skills and a willingness to learn
6. Flexibility to travel and stay overnight at other UK office locations when needed
