Technical Coordinator - Fuels & Lubricants Location: Stanford-le-Hope, Essex Contract: Permanent, Full Time Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm Salary: £26,000 per annum 10% discretionary annual bonus About the Role Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Fuels & Lubricants Coordinator to support the logistics, procurement, and distribution of fuel and lubricants across operational sites. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, stock control, and compliance within a busy industrial environment. Key Responsibilities * Manage the procurement, storage, and distribution of fuel and lubricants. * Use warehouse systems and ICPMS Scheme Requirements to track inventory and ensure timely deliveries. * Conduct sampling and basic testing of materials as required. * Monitor and maintain stock levels to prevent shortages and operational downtime. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date usage logs and delivery records. * Liaise with suppliers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any supply chain discrepancies. * Ensure all procedures comply with relevant health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. * Perform audits and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on usage, deliveries, and cost efficiency. * Carry out other general operational support duties as needed. What We’re Looking For * Prior experience in a logistics, warehouse, or supply chain role, preferably within a CAF facility. * Strong understanding of fuel and lubricant safety protocols. * Confident working with inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel. * Excellent organisational and communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and work independently. * Confident liaising with external suppliers and negotiating delivery terms. * A valid UK driver’s licence and willingness to travel to other operational sites if required.
