We are offering a competitivebasic salary of £30,000withan OTE of £36,000, a company car, and a full range of benefits.
About the Role
Reporting to the Parts Director, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing customers. Your focus will be on driving trade parts sales and delivering a high standard of customer experience.
You will:
* Identify and onboard new customers, including independent garages, JLR specialists and body shops
* Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through regular visits, understanding their needs and supporting their ongoing business growth
* Work collaboratively with the Trade Hub and site-based Parts teams to deliver excellent service
* Maintain accurate customer records in line with data protection guidelines
* Contribute to and implement sales strategies to increase revenue, using market insights and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in a parts or aftersales role within the automotive environment
* A proven record of building relationships and achieving sales target in a B2B setting
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate confidently
* Comfortable working independently and managing your own time and priorities
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel (experience with CDK/Kerridge would be beneficial but not essential)
* An ability to review performance against targets and take action where needed
