We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a HR Data specialist in the Watford area. This is a full time role Monday - Friday. This is a contract until March 2026. Purpose The post holder will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee electronic records within the HR Information System (iTrent). They will provide effective support to end users across the HR community, undertake project work within the HR Systems Data team, and operate with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Data Management & Support Ensure employee data changes are entered accurately and promptly in line with payroll cut-off dates. Manage cases in the HR Data Team queue within the Oracle RightNow system, responding to queries in line with SLAs. Conduct regular data cleansing activities on iTrent to maintain data integrity and accuracy. Support system upgrades and undertake User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Ensure compliance with UK legislation, GDPR, and Skanskas Code of Conduct. Collaboration & Training Work closely with HR Business Partners, hrDirect, Payroll, Pensions, Car Fleet, HR Systems, and HR Reporting teams. Deliver training to the HR community on iTrent systems including iTrent, myDetails, and People Manager. Attend and contribute to team meetings as required by the HRSD Team Leader and Manager. Continuous Improvement & Projects Actively participate in HR projects, contributing to service enhancements and process efficiencies. Review and update internal processes, working instructions, and Our Way of Working documentation to ensure ongoing accuracy. Measures of Success Achievement of agreed Goals and Development Plans. Consistently meeting KPIs and SLAs. Positive customer feedback. Effective daily planning, organisation, and prioritisation of workload to maintain service levels. Demonstrated ability to work independently, under pressure, and as part of a team. Skills & Experience Essential Proven experience with HR Information Systems (iTrent or equivalent). Strong data entry skills with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines. Desirable Demonstrable planning and prioritisation skills. Experience in delivering training to system users. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Aptitude to learn and adapt to new systems.
