Tasks would include:
* Scheduling in PPM inspections across 12 sites
* Logging faults and scheduling partners to attend.
* Creating service replacement quotations
* Administering the notifications on the CEMAR Portal
* Attending meetings on teams with sites and working with the service manager in delivering actions and updates
* Tracking quotes and associated touch points, be that internal or external
* Support for the sites-based engineers
* Raising Purchase Orders to good and services
* Occasional site visit but rare.
* Filing invoices, timesheets ect.
* Must be very well organized with the ability to work on multiple threads or multi task.
* Prompt email responses required
* Telephone usage is less as the customer tends to channel comms through email or CEMAR
* Enthusiastic and a positive person in general
* Able to work alone with self-discipline
