This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Microsoft Cloud professional to step into a client-facing, second-line technical role with real career progression. Why this role? What you’ll be doing Delivering Microsoft Cloud solutions (Azure, Microsoft 365, associated products) Providing advanced diagnostics and support for complex technical issues Supporting and guiding the 1st line team on escalations Liaising directly with customers on-site and remotely to ensure high satisfaction Completing system checks in line with remote system support policies Assisting with evaluation of new technologies and beta releases Offering software application support to customers after training What we’re looking for Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Microsoft Cloud support, delivery, and administration Strong skills in Microsoft 365 and Azure administration Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills Ability to take ownership of projects/issues and see them through to resolution Full UK driving licence (essential for on-site work) Desirable skills: Microsoft certifications (MCP, MCSA, MCSE) Knowledge of VoIP systems and support Experience with Intune, Defender, and PowerShell What’s on offer Salary: £28,000 – £38,000 (depending on experience) 37.5-hour working week A varied role combining office-based, remote, and on-site customer work Ongoing training and professional development Chance to work with the latest Microsoft technologies Career progression within a supportive and growing IT team
