Support a high-performing team and contribute to our success! You'll work closely with Team Leaders to ensure a safe and efficient warehouse, helping to meet business targets every day.
Your Responsibilities
* Assist Team Leaders in leading, coaching, and developing team members.
* Be a role model in achieving results and driving continuous improvement.
* Help monitor KPIs and flag any operational issues.
* Champion Health & Safety and contribute to a near-miss culture.
* Assist with incident investigations and risk assessments.
* Support the development of improved working practices.
* Help ensure completion of team appraisals and training plans.
* Support adherence to stock management procedures.
* Deputise for leadership colleagues as part of your development.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
* Knowledge and experience of a WMS-controlled warehouse.
* Experience working within a distribution or operational environment.
* Awareness of Health & Safety and Environmental legislation.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Good IT skills (Microsoft Office).
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* A proactive and hands-on approach.
Bonus if you have:
* Experience with Manhattan or equivalent WMS.
