We are recruiting for a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst for an organisation in the Morley area of Leeds.
This is a permanent position but is paid through our agency for the first 3 months whilst you are in probation.
Ideally we are looking for a candidate with some experience working on an IT Service Desk dealing with some basic troubleshooting requests around PC's and Laptops. This is a role that involves dealing with colleagues on a day-to-day basis, therefore, outstanding customer service and communication skills are basic requirements.
