Repairs Co-Ordinator
Location: Brislington, BS4
Contract Length: Up to 5 months (potential to extend)
Hourly Rate: 17.74 LTD - 13.94 PAYE.
Working Pattern: Full-time | Initially fully office-based with potential for hybrid working after 2–3 months
Are you highly organised, IT-savvy and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We’re currently recruiting for a Repairs Co-Ordinator (Scheduling) to support a busy Damp & Mould team on a temporary contract basis.
About the Role: You’ll play a key part in ensuring timely and efficient repairs and inspections are arranged for residential properties affected by damp and mould. This includes managing casework, scheduling appointments, and maintaining communication with residents to keep them updated on progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate inspections and repair works
Manage and monitor cases from start to finish
Respond to enquiries via the shared inbox
Maintain accurate records of appointments and outcomes
Provide excellent customer service to residents
Use various IT systems confidently and learn new tools quicklyWhat We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a scheduling, repairs coordination, or housing services role is desirable
Strong administrative and IT skills
A proactive and organised approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage a busy workloadBenefits:
