Your new role
As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will act as the key point of contact between residents, site teams, and the client. Your role will be to ensure residents are fully informed before, during, and after work is carried out, helping to minimise disruption and maintain positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle.Your responsibilities will include:
1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with residents and stakeholders
2. Managing resident enquiries, feedback, andplaints professionally
3. Supporting site teams with resident engagement andmunity meetings
4. Ensuring works are delivered in line with customer care and health & safety standards
5. Maintaining accurate records and reporting on resident feedback and KPIs
What you'll need to succeed
6. Previous experience in a Resident Liaison Officer, Customer Liaison, or Housing Officer role
7. Experience working on social housing, refurbishment, or planned maintenance projects
8. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills
9. The ability to handle challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism
10. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
11. A full UK driving licence
