Senior health and safety advisor

FJA are working with a national leader in the Water industry, who are looking to recruit a Senior Health and Safety Advisor. The Senior H&S Advisor will play an integral part of the SHEQ team based in the Leicester area. The role is a permanent full-time position.

As a Senior Health and Safety Advisor, your role will be pivotal in ensuring that robust health and safety standards are consistently implemented across their high-profile construction sites which cover complex civil engineering, mechanical, electrical and commissioning works.

You will report directly to the Health and Safety Manager and the responsibilities will include:
1. Understanding our approach to managing SHEQ risk and delivering best in class performance at a Senior Level.
2. Champion a proactive safety culture, engaging with contractors, subcontractors, and all key stakeholders.
