The Housing Ombudsman in an independent, impartial free service for social housing residents who make the final decision in disputes between residents and landlords.We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused person to support the timely and accurate preparation of investigation packs, ensuring that all submissions meet required standards and deadlines.
