Job Specification – Newbury – £30,000–£55,000 OTE:
Sales Controller
Location: Newbury
Salary: £30,000 Basic | OTE £50,000–£55,000
Hours: Monday – Saturday (day off in the week)
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Controller to join a busy and successful dealership in Newbury. This role would suit a strong Senior Sales Executive ready to step up or an established Sales Controller looking for a fresh challenge within a driven, target-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the Sales Manager with the daily running of the sales department
* Driving the team to achieve and exceed monthly targets
* Second-facing customers and confidently closing deals
* Structuring deals to maximise profitability and finance penetration
* Managing stock control, pricing and vehicle availability
* Monitoring KPIs including PPU, conversion rates and F&I performance
* Ensuring FCA compliance and high CSI scores
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience within a franchised dealership
* Strong and consistent sales performance record
* Experience second-facing and deal stacking
* Commercially driven with natural leadership qualities
* Highly organised and target-focused
* Full UK Driving Licence
