Description
We are seeking new team members to join us as Guest Services Team Member Plus. In this role, you will work on Mondays and Fridays, cleaning our accommodation and delivering excellent service to our guests during their holiday. You will assist guests by providing advice about our products and local area, helping to enhance their stay.
Our goal is to ensure guests have a fun and memorable holiday. If issues arise, you will use your empathy and problem-solving skills to understand and resolve them, logging feedback and following up as needed. You will also be involved in the check-in process and face-to-face interactions with guests.
Live-in accommodation is available for this role.
Key Responsibilities
