About the Role: The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for leading the efficient handling of products ensuring smooth coordination between warehouse, production, and distribution. This is a hands-on demanding and fast paced leadership role requiring exceptional organisational skills, leadership and a laser focus on safety, quality, and performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead warehouse operations at the Macclesfield site, including goods receipt, storage, and dispatch 2. Maintain accurate inventory levels of materials and finished doors 3. Work closely with production teams 4. Lead, supervise, and develop all warehouse employees 5. Ensure safe handling and storage of large, heavy, and fragile door products
