Look no further! We have a fantastic opportunity for a Care and Health Recruitment &Training Coordinator to join our team here at Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council.

If you are passionate about shaping the future of care and health careers in the Tees Valley, this role offers the chance to make a real impact on workforce development and attract new talent into a vital sector. You’ll play a key part in building a skilled, sustainable workforce that supports some of the most important services in our region.

This innovative and unique role, which will be based within the Stockton Employment & Training Hub, is your opportunity and play a key role in transforming skills provision across the Tees Valley.

We are looking for someone who is:
1. A strong communicator and experienced relationship builder.
2. Highly organised with a proactive approach.
3. Passionate about workforce development particularly in the Care and Health sector.
4. Comfortable working across multi-agency teams and managing multiple priorities.

The Care and Health Co-ordinator will be responsible for ensuring that the aims of the TVCHIZ Innovation and Skills Workstream are supported and implemented.

Please note this is a fixed term post until October 2027.
