The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all briefs coming into the Image team, oversee the workflow, and ensure the successful delivery of final jobs.
This position is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days onsite per week.
Description
This role involves managing a range of specialist areas including 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching. The Imagery Producer acts as a dedicated point of contact for the team, requiring strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The goal is to support clients across various media globally. The role demands high competency in project management, multitasking, and meeting diverse deadlines. Effective planning, record keeping, proactive organization, and clear communication with Commercial/Project Managers, Team Leaders, and the Head of Art are essential to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Accountabilities
* Take briefs from various business areas and oversee the delivery of all image assets.
* Develop positive relationships within the team to foster an expert environment.
* Understand client challenges to prioritize effectively.
* Contribute to team strategy and planning discussions.
* Maintain regular contact with Creative and Commercial Managers during project development.
* Assess the feasibility of creative briefs based on requirements, time, and resources.
* Gain thorough knowledge of client systems, review, and production processes.
* Ensure projects progress on time and within budget, tracking job statuses daily.
* Keep team members updated on project statuses.
* Motivate team members during high-pressure periods.
* Ensure briefs are accurate and detailed.
* Collaborate with brief owners to ensure all assets are available for timely delivery.
* Act as a communication bridge between the Image team and other departments.
* Manage accounts system, raising PO’s for outsourced or freelance work.
* Ensure estimates are approved before work begins.
* Process invoices promptly and accurately.
Skills
Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of planning and project management experience, preferably within a CG or Photography environment. A keen interest in these areas is beneficial. The candidate should be eager to learn software used by the team to improve understanding and confidence. Personal qualities include decision-making ability, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, composure under pressure, proactivity, a positive attitude, and a 'can do' approach.
