Job Description
We are working with an international law firm based in London for an Associate and Supervising Associate to join their Fund Finance team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Fund Finance team, advising on a broad spectrum of fund financing transactions including capital call and asset-backed facilities. The lawyer will provide commercial advice on complex, cross-border financings.
The lawyer will work with a range of clients including financial institutions, alternative lenders, and fund sponsors across a variety of sectors including private equity, real estate, and infrastructure.
Essential Criteria:
* 1+ years’ PQE;
* Strong background in fund finance law;
* Strong academics required;
* Technically excellent;
* Client-focused;
* Effective organisation skills;
* Willingness to become involved in business development;
* Ability to work independently and as a team.
