Description
:- Band 6 Occupational Therapist- hours per week, ideally Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
- Working hours: 9am - 5pm
- Hourly rate of up to £ ASAP start - Ongoing
- Carrying out activity of daily living (ADLs) assessments and communicate recommendations to services involved
- You will also provide a weekly group programme with the aim to promote social inclusion, engage in meaningful occupation and improve community access and integration.
- You will work collaboratively and flexibly with the MDT, clients, carers, key workers and relevant outside agencies, in order to effectively outreach and engage clients with the OT and support their recovery
Requirements:- HCPC registration- 6 months NHS experience minimum (preferably in A&E or Orthopaedics)- Right to Work in the UK
- Experience working with clients with complex mental health needs in a community setting.
