Clinical Safety Officer - NHSE
SR2 are recruiting an experienced Clinical Safety Officer (CSO) to support a major healthcare programme. You'll lead on clinical safety across digital products, ensuring compliance with NHS England's Clinical Safety Management System (CSMS) and standards DCB 0129 and DCB 0160.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as clinical signatory on Clinical Safety Case Reports (CSCR)
* Conduct risk identification and assessments across the product life cycle
* Define Safety Assurance Levels (SAL) and support hazard workshops
* Advise on safe clinical design and lead incident reviews
Essential Experience:
* 5+ years as a Clinical Safety Officer
* Strong NHS/healthcare delivery background
* Proven experience with DCB 0129 & 0160 compliance
* Comfortable operating in agile, client-facing environments
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
